sattvic soul food workshop series
Some of the most iconic Ayurvedic dishes were never meant to be complicated - they were designed to be simple, nourishing, and deeply satisfying using everyday ingredients.
You'll learn not just how to cook these dishes, but why they've stood the test of time - and how to bring them into your own kitchen in a way that feels easy, intuitive; and genuinely enjoyable.
Each workshop is 3 hours and includes learning 4 separate dishes made from scratch. There are signature techniques shared in each class that Sabi invented and is excited to share with you all.
