sabi, a vedic meditator, panchakarma therapist, is an exceptionally talented ayurvedic chef whose culinary creations are renowned for their deep flavors, intuitive instincts, and unwavering high standards. his food is not only nourishing and creative but also leaves people feeling great during our retreats.

every dish, jam, chutney, dessert and drink is prepared from scratch, so there are no fillers or preservatives. you’ll leave feeling exceptionally looked after.

everything is prepared with ayurvedic principles, truly rustic, heritage-style cooking using clean ingredients. there are no toxic seed oils, nightshades (tomatoes, eggplant, chili, white potatoes, etc.), onions, garlic, or dairy. there will always be ghee-free and glutens free options and ghee options are also provided and freshly baked bread will be served for some breakfasts.

the retreat will feature ayurvedic, locally sourced (where possible), vegetarian meals prepared by sabi. cooked meals will be provided for lunch and dinner. small warm breakfasts with fruit will also be provided.

there will be gluten-free, dairy-free, allergen free options at every meal; we will collect all dietary requirements prior to the retreats and make sure everyone is catered for. a wide selection of non-caffeinated teas will be available throughout.
