A life shaped by ancient cultures, the knowledge they carry, and the frameworks and rituals that keep them timeless. Eventually his search led him to India, where he trained under masters and was recognised within the prestigious Shankaracharya tradition as an independent teacher of Vedic Meditation. With over a decade of personal practice and formal training behind him, Mike offers more than stillness, he delivers a complete recalibration. His teaching blends ancient Vedic science with practical tools to reduce stress, sharpen thinking, and clear the way for purposely action.

Sabi, a Vedic meditator, panchakarma therapist, is an exceptionally talented Ayurvedic chef whose culinary creations are renowned for their deep flavors, intuitive instincts, and unwavering high standards. His food is not only nourishing and creative but also leaves people feeling great during our retreats. Every dish, jam, chutney, dessert and drink is prepared from scratch, so there are no fillers or preservatives. You’ll leave feeling exceptionally looked after. Everything is prepared with Ayurvedic principles, truly rustic, heritage-style cooking using clean ingredients.
