curious about vedic meditation and whether it might be right for you?
This relaxed introductory talk is an opportunity to learn about Vedic Meditation, an easy and effortless technique designed to release accumulated stress and provide the mind and body with deep rest.
We will explore how the technique works, where it comes from, the benefits of regular practice and what you can expect from the four-day Vedic Meditation course. You will also learn why thoughts during meditation are completely natural and why you do not need to concentrate, control your mind or become good at sitting still.
Please note that we will not meditate during this session. This is an opportunity to learn about the technique, meet your teacher and ask any questions before deciding whether you would like to complete the course.
Most importantly, we would love to hear your story and understand what has brought you to meditation. Together, we can explore whether Vedic Meditation is the right technique for you and address any lingering questions you may have about the practice or the course.
We will also discuss the course contribution during this conversation. We use a suggested course fee model designed to make Vedic Meditation accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances.
The introductory talk is relaxed and obligation-free. It is simply a chance to meet your teacher, learn more and decide whether you feel inspired to take the next step.
