women, children and the art of thriving: an ayurveda open session with sole

  • Nowra Showground Committee Room Scenic Dr Nowra, NSW, 2541 Australia (map)

your cycle. your hormones. your baby's immunity. your child who won't sleep. the fertility journey that nobody talks about honestly. the postpartum months that changed everything.

These are exactly the questions Ayurveda was built for, and the ones most often left unanswered in the room.

In this open, lively session, Sole invites you to bring them all.

Drawing on classical Ayurveda wisdom and her years of experience as a birth and postpartum doula, Ayurveda practitioner and mother, Sole will move across the full landscape of women's and children's health, from hormonal balance and menstrual health, through fertility, pregnancy, birth and the sacred postpartum window, to raising children according to their unique constitution and nature.

Whether you are brand new to Ayurveda or have been studying it for years, this session is designed to meet you where you are. Expect real conversation, honest answers, fresh perspectives and more than a few moments where something just clicks.

Come with your questions. Come with your curiosity. There is no such thing as a wrong question here.

Length: 90 minutes
Cost: Free with RSVP
